On a recent mt bike/foot circumambulation of the OWYHEE Country, I saw dozens of signs against the proposed MONUMENT. But no signs FOR the MONUMENT. So I thought I'd better, in the spirit of Ed Abbey, monkey wrench one! GO MONUMENT, indeed.
